Job summary

Merchants Distributors, LLC is seeking a warehouse selector to pick cases from multi-level racks, tag pallets, and transport them to loading doors using an electric pallet jack or forklift. You will work in a multi-temperature environment, meeting quality standards and safety regulations while supporting timely shipments.

The role requires standing, lifting 10–35 pounds (up to 100+ pounds), and adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, time-sensitive warehouse environment.
• Able to stand/walk/repeat lifting throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner.
• Stack cases on pallets and wrap/tags for shipment.
• Operate reach lift as needed and assist with loading.
• Maintain a minimum productivity target of 155 cases/hour.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
