Job summary

W. Lee Flowers is seeking a warehouse order selector to pick items by voice, scan and confirm quantities, and stack on pallets for shipment.

The role requires standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a multi-temperature warehouse environment. Responsibilities include driving the reach lift truck as needed and maintaining a minimum productivity of 155 cases per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume warehouse.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner to enter weights.
• Stack cases neatly on pallets, wrap and tag, then move to loading door.
• Operate reach lift truck as needed.
• Maintain a weekly productivity average of 155 cases/hour.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
