Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Marshall, MN is seeking a Night Warehouse Coordinator to work Sunday-Thursday, 4:00pm-12:30am with overtime as needed. You will operate forklifts, schedule shipping, provide admin support, handle data entry, train as needed, and communicate with customers and vendors.

Work as part of the team to move trailers and ensure GMP and quality standards. The role offers hourly pay of $22-$24 depending on experience and requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years shipping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse following safety regulations and GMP; ensure quality standards and maintain efficient product flow.
• Schedule and confirm all shipping for site.
• Provide administrative support including communication, paperwork and system data entry.
• Answer questions and resolve issues based on warehouse and company knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally for timely answers.
• Function as a team member and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers.
