Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking an energized warehouse associate to pick cases and containers, loading/shipping, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts in a multi-temperature storage environment.

Expect a 5pm shift with Sunday–Friday 4–5 day work weeks, average 40 hours per week, and training pay starting at $20 per hour plus incentive opportunities up to $26+ after training. Comprehensive benefits begin Day 1, with growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs (location dependent).
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders.
• Move completed orders to loading dock staging area using electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining efficient workflow.
