Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the New Windsor, MD location to pick cases from multi-level racks and load pallets for shipment using an electric pallet jack or forklift. You will ensure safety and accuracy throughout the packing and shipping process.

The role requires ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until completion with rotating Fridays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and ensure devices function properly.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products per order sheets.
• Manually place stock on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Complete shift paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
