Job summary

ID Logistics in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3pm–11:30pm shift. You will lead a team of 30–40 associates, enforce GMP for food-grade warehousing, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory, coordinating vacations and time sheets, and reporting to management. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. On-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; some college level study.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30-40 associates and oversee daily operations.
• Promote safety and GMP compliance in a food-grade warehouse.
• Coach staff and resolve issues; report to senior management.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temporary workers.
• Monitor and improve productivity and quality of work.
