Job summary

Cardinal Health in Minnesota is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support outbound and inbound activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. You will handle orders, use WMS, and operate material handling equipment.

The role requires basic English, ability to lift 50 pounds, and readiness for overtime. A shift is Monday–Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am or until completion of work, with hourly pay of $22.30–$25.50.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience preferred.
• Must work overtime with little to no notice.
• Basic proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing and shipping.
• Follow directions and adapt priorities while working independently or in a team.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
