Job summary
The National Retail Transportation (NRS) seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse activities across shifts, ensuring effective inventory control and on‑time distribution for clients. You will lead a team of Warehouse Supervisors, drive process improvements, and maintain proactive client communications.
Strong leadership and WMS skills are essential, with flexibility for evenings/weekends. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/SCM and 5+ years in a management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in a management role, preferably in warehouse or 3PL.
- Proven success in process improvement and KPI management.
- Experience with Retail compliance requirements.
- Experience with continuous-improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and large-team management capabilities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations across shifts and align with policy and vision.
- Lead a team of Warehouse Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff toward excellence.
- Enforce safety and compliance across the facility.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to clients.
- Drive continuous-improvement efforts and optimize labor and space.
