Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead operations, coordinate Supervisors, and ensure efficient, accurate fulfillment for multi-client needs. You will drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost control while aligning with client forecasts and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced 3PL environment. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of warehouse/3PL management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of 3PL/warehouse experience.
• 5+ years in a management role, preferably in warehouse/3PL.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and tolerate dusty/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own operations performance within a designated facility.
• Prioritize workloads between facilities to meet goals.
• Plan and communicate production goals to Supervisors.
• Secure resources to achieve throughput goals.
• Lead Supervisors to build an effective team and drive improvement.
• Maintain a culture of safety and Lean initiatives across the facility.
• Provide regular reports on revenue, space, and budgets.
