Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead to guide the warehouse team responsible for picking, packing and outbound auditing within client SLAs. You will work with lifestyle products for top clients, ensuring accuracy and speed in daily operations.

As a lead, you will train team members, delegate tasks, plan labor with forecasts, and coordinate with Client Services to meet SLA targets. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehousing experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Able to follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate a variety of order fulfillment tasks while working within SLA
• Collaborate with the Supervisor by planning labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client Services team
• Picking, packing, scanning, tagging along with other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
