Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team on a Sunday-Thursday shift (1:30pm–10:00pm or until work is complete) in Elgin, IL. You will oversee pick/pack/ship tasks, monitor performance metrics, and mentor Associates and Group Leads to sustain safety and high quality shipments.

The role emphasizes coaching, staff development, and operational excellence to support Cardinal Health's service reputation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• PIT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics and guides staff to complete tasks safely.
• Schedules work and ensures adequate headcount to meet objectives.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and reports to the Manager.
• Identifies root causes of issues and directs staff to resolve them.
