Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments and monitors efficiency.
• Schedules and prioritizes work for groups and Associates.
• Monitors productivity metrics and reports to management.
• Identifies root causes of issues and directs resolution.
• Proactively improves operations and mitigates risks.
• Conducts performance evaluations and coaching.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding.
