Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a supervisor to oversee a work group and meet department goals in a fast-paced environment. The role includes scheduling from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

You will lead receiving, stocking, loading, and outbound activities, and may assist as a backup driver while upholding safety and quality standards. You will coach staff, conduct interviews, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals.
• Provide leadership through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and clear communication.
• Conduct interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Support safety programs to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Lead daily meetings and enforce productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communications.
• Receive, stock, pick, load, and unload product as part of daily operations.
• Operate power equipment including forklift; may back up as driver.
