Job summary

LALA US is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Omaha facility. The role requires hands-on leadership of warehouse staff, coordination of inbound/outbound activities, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Schedule is 6:00pm–2:30am; full-time with potential overtime. Strong SAP and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork, are essential to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and productive workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments and optimize workflow.
• Act as supervisor when leadership is unavailable.
