Job summary

LALA Branded Products LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities. This role requires hands-on leadership and coordination with multiple departments to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology.
• Proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Excellent inventory methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Serve as acting supervisor when leadership is unavailable.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve scheduling or delivery issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct routine safety checks.
• Complete required trainings and promote a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Complete and maintain logs, reports, and documentation (receiving logs, shipment paperwork, inventory adjustments).
• Track and report key warehouse metrics such as pick accuracy, productivity, and damages.
• Full-time schedule; may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime.
