Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 4 years warehouse management experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and planning skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a team of warehouse employees, including assigning work and managing performance.
• Lead in a cold storage environment with focus on safety and productivity.
• Train and retain warehouse staff, set standards and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to GMPs and safety rules.
