Job summary

Lineage in Woodland, Alabama seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and direct daily activities for a team of warehouse associates, ensuring service, quality, safety and productivity meet company standards.

You will report defective products, manage forklift operations and inspections, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and coach staff. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, ability to work in cold storage, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with noise levels and temperatures up to -20°F to 100°F.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report differences.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service and coach associates.
