Job summary

Lineage Foodservice Solutions (LFS) is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor for a Last Mile Distribution Warehouse in Attalla, AL. You will lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure customer needs are met with safety, service, and productivity as primary goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of warehouse leadership, hands-on experience with WMS, and a proven ability to adapt priorities to evolving customer requirements while maintaining strong communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products
