Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff.
• Train and mentor employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits and monitor procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Resolve conflicts and promote teamwork within the warehouse.
• Lead shifts and support day-to-day operations as needed.
