Job summary

Audio Advice is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Specialist to support outbound shipping, inventory receiving, returns processing, and testing returned products for defects. The role reports to the Product & Inventory Manager and involves cross-training across warehouse operations in a fast-growing online business.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, the position requires picking/packing, accurate order processing, and reliable communication with the customer service team.

Qualifications

• Picking/packing/warehouse experience required.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a passion for high-quality work.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders and prep for shipment.
• Ship products via UPS, FedEx and carriers.
• Check orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Communicate with customer service on inventory/shipping concerns.
• Inbound receiving and inventory control tasks.
• Process returns and assist with RMAs.
