You will work closely with installation, project management, sales, and operations teams to ensure correct products are available and documented for each job site. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in picking, packing, inventory, or logistics preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate inventory concerns.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick products and equipment for scheduled installation projects.
• Stage equipment by project so teams have correct items for each job.
• Verify quantities, model numbers, and project docs before dispatch.
• Assist installation teams with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect products before departure.
• Proactively communicate inventory or availability concerns.
• Accurately receive inventory, inspect packaging, count items.
• Record received goods and document discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and place items in warehouse locations.
• Communicate receiving concerns to management.
• Count and process inventory by location during cycles and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse activities and returns processing.
• Process products returned from projects and teams.
• Ensure returns are identified and properly located.
• Assist with defective product handling and RMAs as needed.
