Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 2nd shift. The role offers base pay of $17.25 per hour plus $0.85 per hour shift differential, with walk-in interviews Tue and Wed from 6 AM–8 AM CDT.

Benefits start day 1 and access to an on-demand pay program are available. Responsibilities include crate building, packing and loading, inspecting cartons, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful.
• Must have good eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to read numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations: crating, pulling product, unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks for shipment stability.
• Build crates from wood for shipment preparation.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons and rebox as needed.
• Consolidate products on storage racks and perform daily safety checks.
• Attend staff meetings with Distribution Supervisor as needed.
