Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support the distribution center operations in a full-time role. Walk-in interviews occur every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 AM to 8 AM CDT.

Base pay starts at $17.25 per hour with a $0.62 shift differential and a 4th shift on Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM–7 PM) plus two weekday 7 AM–3 PM shifts. Benefits start on day one, including medical coverage and an on-demand pay program.

Qualifications

• No experience required; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful.
• Must have good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 86 pounds continually and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations: crating, pulling product, unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability during shipment.
• Collect wood product for crates and build crates for shipment.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons and rebox product when necessary.
• Consolidate accessory and siding products on storage racks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
