Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help with crate building, packing, and loading duties. The role supports order accuracy and shipping integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of shipping processes, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 86 pounds. On-site work with a first-shift schedule (M-F, 7am-3pm) and benefits from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse tasks: crating, pulling product, unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability during shipment.
• Build crates from wooden materials around cartons for shipment prep.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons or rebox product as needed.
• Maintain accurate time cards and participate in safety programs.
