Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, crating, and packing operations. You will assist with crating, pulling products, and unloading trucks, ensuring orders are accurate and cartons are safe for shipment.

The role involves lifting and moving heavy cartons, building wooden crates, and performing routine safety checks. Starting with day-one benefits, occasional overtime, and weekly pay, candidates should be reliable with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months of distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 86 lbs repeatedly and team lift 87–100 lbs.
• Good eye/hand coordination and ability to read numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability.
• Collect wood for crates and build crates around cartons.
• Repair or rebox damaged cartons and consolidate products on racks.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in safety programs and attend staff meetings.
