Job summary

Pures Food Specialties LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, data entry, and administrative duties. The role requires accurate processing of shipping, receiving and inventory transactions in WMS, plus updating multiple customer portals and coordinating carrier appointments.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in a warehouse clerical role, with experience in 3PL environments and proficiency in Excel, SAP, SAGE 100, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Experience using WMS (SAGE 100, Scan Force, SAP) and MS Office including Excel.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory and transfer transactions in WMS (SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound/outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping docs, BOLs, packing lists and records.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate shipment status and inventory issues with customers and carriers.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts and audits.
• Research and resolve inventory, receiving and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain filing and electronic documentation.
• Monitor warehouse appointment email and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform other admin and operational duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends or holidays.
• Transportation and carrier scheduling.
