Job summary

Jobtailor in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support order processing and inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations.

You will use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Office, perform data entry, and handle domestic/international shipping documents while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and flexibility for overtime when needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• Basic computer skills
• Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
