Job summary

Pures Food Specialties, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, data entry, and documentation. You will work with Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to ensure accurate processing of shipments and inventory adjustments.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of warehouse clerical experience, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse clerical or admin roles preferred.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong data entry and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions in WMS (SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan, ensure accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documents, BOLs, packing lists, and records.
• Coordinate carrier appointments and communicate shipment status.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain filing and documentation; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies; perform overtime as needed.
