Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support six areas such as bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping.

You may rotate among roles and must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or pallet jacks. This position offers a paid shift differential and opportunities to join a safety-focused team with PTO/benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds and work at heights as needed.
• Must wear safety footwear and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move it within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility.
• Move product within the warehouse across six roles, adhering to safety procedures.
• Confirm product accuracy in Receiving/Putaway/Returns and resolve discrepancies with colleagues.
• Manually unload trucks and palletize products for Shipping.
• Rotate among roles (SC2 and SC1) as needed to support operations.
