Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring for multiple warehouse associate roles in a fast-paced environment. You may work in Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping.

Training will cover safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety standards. Overtime may be required and you’ll be walked through the various positions as needed. The role emphasizes safe work practices, team collaboration, and the ability to operate equipment safely in a warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/education.
• Able to pass a drug screen where legally permitted.
• Basic English language skills for verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, pallet jacks) to pick and move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance tasks in and around the facility.
• Coordinate receiving/putaway/returns by inspecting products and addressing discrepancies.
• Unload trucks manually and assist with palletizing products for storage or shipping.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets and load trucks.
• Be flexible to move into different SC roles (SC2 or SC1) as needed.
