Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tolleson, AZ to support order picking, restocking, bulk selecting, and custodial tasks within the Staples Supply Chain. Shifts run 12:30pm-9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with pay-for-performance and a $1 shift differential.

You will help ensure accurate orders, safe operations, and a clean, efficient warehouse environment. Opportunities for training, overtime, and benefits for both full-time and part-time teammates are available, reinforcing Staples'

Qualifications

• You must be able to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If full-time, able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely.
• Restock shelves and prep work area for next shift.
• Select, pack totes, and stock product as needed.
• Clean and maintain the facility and restrooms.
