Job summary

Cardinal Health in Champlin, MN is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a Wed-Sat shift, 3:00pm–1:30am. The role involves outbound/inbound support, picking goods, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks as needed. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential exists and full benefits accompany the position.

The job requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort with heights. RF scanning experience and WMS use are preferred. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet.
• Overtime with little to no advance notice may be required.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice-picking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality check, sort, wrap pallets, pack and load shipments.
• Select large items with equipment or small items into designated carts.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
