Job summary

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate pallet jacks, and proficiency in English. Schedule includes Monday–Friday with overtime; on-site work and potential extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints.
• Knowledge of warehouse principles, practices, and procedures.
• Able to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Follow a given set of rules to arrange items or actions.
• Must have the physical strength to lift heavy objects (>50 pounds).
• Able to operate pallet jack and similar equipment proficiently.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Good attendance and reliable work history.
• Available to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage finished product for loading and ensure correct items are assembled for delivery.
• Check purchase/work orders for correct quantity and readiness for delivery.
• Load finished product onto trucks and unload items as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock maintenance.
• Maintain quality control to prevent damaged products from leaving warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack within standard procedures and perform basic maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
