Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate 1 to support evening operations in our Santa Fe Springs facility. You will package products for shipping, stage finished goods for loading, and verify orders for accuracy.

The role includes inventory tasks, loading/unloading, and quality control to prevent damaged items from leaving the warehouse. Responsibilities also include operating a pallet jack, performing routine maintenance, and training new staff, with overtime as needed on the

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety.
• Able to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Physical capability to lift objects over 50 pounds.
• Experience with pallet jacks and light machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for shipping and stage for loading.
• Check orders to ensure correct quantities and readiness for delivery.
• Assist in inventory counts and movement of stock.
• Load/ unload products from trucks and stock in designated areas.
• Maintain quality control and ensure no damaged items are sent out.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and support other departments.
