Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping within a busy facility in New Jersey. You will pick, pack, and input product data, ensuring accuracy and quality checks throughout the process.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working overtime, and operating RF scanners or other equipment after training. A high school diploma is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment preferred.
• Good communication and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and inputting product data.
• Perform quality checks and prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use PPE as required.
• Be willing to operate material handling equipment after training (e.g., cherry picker, reach truck).
