Cardinal Health is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ. You will perform a mix of receiving, picking, packing and shipping tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being willing to work overtime as needed. Training is provided on day one to start contributing quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Fluent in English; reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as directed.
• Operate inbound/outbound processes and scanning with RF devices.
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner, and input product information.
• Break down cases and operate equipment to replenish stock.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; adhere to EHS and PPE policies.
