Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound/outbound operations in our Cranbury, NJ facility. You will handle order picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with pay rate of $24.50 per hour (includes shift differential). Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, HSA, 401k, and more. Cardinal Health promotes an inclusive, safe workplace and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for the entire shift and work overtime with little notice.
• PIT experience preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to pick, quality check, sort, pack, and ship orders.
• Pick large and small items using material handling equipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and inventory control.
