Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support associate to verify and document movement of products across transportation and storage processes. You will update systems, track shipments, and prepare dispatch and receipt documentation for accurate processing.

Candidates should have a HS diploma with under 2 years in warehouse roles and be comfortable with temperature-controlled materials and standard warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field.
• Must be able to handle temperature-controlled materials and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet assets.
• Updates warehouse systems with transaction details and status changes to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for processing.
• Reviews exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and fulfillment continuity.
