Job summary

Cencora's distribution services in the US are seeking a warehouse associate to monitor temperature-sensitive materials and maintain traceability. This role operates Monday-Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm and supports outbound activity with accurate documentation and packing for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support or related field required.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and traceability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
