Job summary

Shabby Fabrics in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking an Evening Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on measuring, packing, and preparing fabric products for shipping, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with weekends off. Eligible new employees receive a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment and access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fold fabrics with precision.
• Prepare fabric products with independence and teamwork.
• Assemble quilting kits and specialty products.
• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Adapt to different warehouse tasks based on daily needs.
