Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience is helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physical work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production and accuracy standards.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight and break down merchandise.
• Use barcode scanners to verify product accuracy and quantities.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Safely operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet riders, and reach trucks (training provided).
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a voice-directed and label-picking environment.
• Build pallets to meet customer specifications, ensuring efficient load sequence and maximum space utilization.
• Stage, wrap, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
• Maintain established quality and production standards throughout the fulfillment process.
