Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Villa Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain villa facilities and equipment on site. This role primarily involves evening shifts and requires reliable, hands-on skills to support guest comfort and resort operations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, handle daily work orders, and respond to guest requests, driving to calls in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid SC driver's license.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must pass a background check.
• Entry to mid-level maintenance experience.
• Directly handles guest maintenance requests.
• Maintenance of villas and homes within Kiawah Island Golf Resort program.
• Completes daily repairs and work orders.
• Conducts preventative maintenance (e.g., bulbs, air filters).
• Operates company vehicle for maintenance calls.
• Upholds resort policies; performs other duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain villa facilities and equipment.
• Handle guest maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Drive to maintenance calls in company vehicle.
• Complete daily work orders and coordinate with contractors.
