Job summary

Kiawah River Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to handle routine repairs and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities. The role requires reading and following technical instructions, operating power tools safely, and communicating in English with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Hotel or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience using power tools and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow technical assembly instructions.
• English communication with guests and staff.
• PM shifts availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fixtures to ensure functionality and safety.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment, facilities, and guest room issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair hotel property, fix leaks, replace broken fixtures, and repair damaged furniture or equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying hazards and taking corrective actions.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruptions to guest services.
• Work overnight 10:30 pm – 7:00 am.
