Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to direct the daily operation of the vehicle check-in area, coordinating driver workflows and the movement of vehicles from check-in to sale staging.

This individual contributor role requires a High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience (or higher education) and a valid driver’s license, with evening shifts and potential incentive programs.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years of related work experience.
• Or any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience.
• Or 5 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the daily operation of the vehicle check-in area by leading drivers' workflow and coordinating activities.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles from check-in to the sale staging to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee and ensure that incoming vehicles are received, stocked-in, numerated and parked properly.
• Provide quality service and interact with customers to resolve problems that may occur.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and ensure it is functional.
• Supervise and direct the work of lot operations employees with schedules, duties and performance.
• Assist Supervisor in counseling and disciplining employees and evaluate performance.
• Organize placement of vehicles within the designated zone and move area to standards.
• Use dashboards to make move decisions and improve safety and efficiency.
• Move vehicles to safe destinations and eliminate multiple drop-off points.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to streamline transport.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers on inventory status and priorities.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and ensure respectful treatment of all employees.
• Implement policies related to employee and customer conduct.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following health procedures and behaviors.
