Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist I to join the team in a on-site capacity. The role supports vehicle intake and processing at the auction with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Evening shift, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday 10a–7p.

Base pay ranges between $15.10 and $22.69 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on performance and location. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required; the position involves

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Safe driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle data into AS400 or relay data to co-worker for data entry.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles.
• Flag “no key” cars and direct transporters to the drop zone.
• Report transport damage as needed.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
• Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the driver.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
• Assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction lanes.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
