Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance at our location in San Francisco, CA. This part-time role supports afternoon shifts and emphasizes safety, courtesy, and efficient service for arriving and departing guests.

You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with directions and luggage, and provide timely information about local amenities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state of employment.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: ability to read/write standard English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and use guests' last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage and door service.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Handle tickets, payments and revenue when needed.
