The Towne Park guest service associate role involves delivering exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage where needed and contribute to a welcoming arrival and departure experience.

The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and basic math for handling payments and tickets. Availability for evening shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applying state.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, and handle guest interactions professionally.
