Qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution with 2+ years of experience.
• Preferred: BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN.
• Active Ohio RN License. May be required to obtain other state licensure.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met in patient services and department operations.
• Monitor and communicate safety and compliance concerns to leadership; support CMS standards.
• Deliver nursing care following protocols and care plans; document outcomes and plan of care.
• Engage in interprofessional practice and shared governance at the point of care.
• Promote patient and family education and coordinate with the team to optimize care.
