Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating care with the team, and applying clinical judgment per protocols to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing (RN) from ACEN/CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited program.
• Active Ohio RN License; may require other state licensure.
• If hired without a BSN/MSN, must enroll within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated per Ohio Board of Nursing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in patient services; support leadership in compliance efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS standards and safety policies; share safety best practices with leadership.
• Collect clinical data, follow protocols, and document care plans and outcomes.
• Engage with interprofessional team in shared decision making and care coordination.
• Contribute to quality improvement by participating in reviews and coaching of staff.
