Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies.
• Document care plans and patient/family outcomes using nursing process.
• Coordinate with department managers, nurse council and magnet representatives on safety best practices.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment by following algorithms and protocols and escalating when needed.
